The Professional Process with the Personal Touch!
- Complete application through Leichter & Leichter, LLC and return via email, fax or mail.
- Sign Authorization Form to be represented by Leichter & Leichter, LLC.
- Submit nursing application to the Board of Registered Nursing of choice (where do you want to live & work), and await letter of eligibility to take the NCLEX.
- Submit CGFNS Certificate, or Apply for CGFNS Exam or Credential Evaluation (as required).
- Clinical Interview by phone or in person.
- Leichter & Leichter will obtain a "direct employment" job offer for nurses with a CGFNS Certificate or BRN eligibility letter and CGFNS exam date.
- Hospital/Healthcare Facility extends a job offer, and nurse signs two year contract with the hospital and submits all documents for Licensure and Immigration process. Attorney files the I-140 with CGFNS Certificate.
- Begin NCLEX Tutorial and Test Preparations. Nurse should be prepared to take the NCLEX within 90 days of tutorial and Authorization to Test (ATT).
- Obtain Visitor Visa to take NCLEX in the USA or US Territory.
- Travel to take NCLEX and receive "passing results" within 30 days.
- Apply for English Language Exams (TOEFL, TSE or Academic IELTS).
- Receive language tutorial and test as required.
- Apply for ICHP/Visa Screen for final Embassy Interview after language exams completed.
- Complete Immigration packets as guided by attorney.
- Embassy Interview and Approval to receive Green Card.
- Leichter & Leichter and hospital/healthcare facility arrange for relocation to the USA and 30 days of housing upon arrival.
- Nurse is welcomed in the USA and is assisted with social security card, drivers license/transportation, banking, and community/hospital orientation.
- Hospital provides preceptor/mentor and personalized nursing orientation.
- Leichter & Leichter will monitor and be available to the nurse for the first 90 days of employment.
